New turnkey Polytech systems are delivered pre-programmed, ready to go online in as little as three days. Training is provided at Comp Pro Med's Northern California headquarters. It takes only days, rather than weeks, to have your lab personnel fully operational on a Polytech system.

Polytech uses the industry standard Microsoft Windows 98SE, NT 2000, ME and XP operating systems. We develop our own analyzer and systems interfaces to eliminate 3rd party component problems. Comp Pro Med support personnel can analyze audit trails keystroke-by-keystroke, should a problem occur, and fix it immediately. We do not need to rely on outside vendors to solve any software support issues.
